The new Branch Support Center will replace the existing corporate office, bringing approximately 400 employee-owners scattered across three locations into one building. These professionals help support more than 100 branch locations across the country.

“We’re proud to be a growing, 100 percent employee-owned company,” says Tammy Miller, Border States CEO and Board Chair. “This new Branch Support Center will help us better serve our customers and branches.”

The Border States design team weighed needs with their budget, maximizing every dollar spent to create a workplace that will enhance collaboration and productivity, portray the company brand, and enhance recruiting. The three-story building will have capacity for 540 employee-owners, giving Border States room for anticipated growth.
