Border States earns Affiliated Distributor’s ‘Best Annual Planning Process’ award

Members of the Border States executive leadership team accept AD’s “Best Annual Planning Process” award.

These three words served as pillars for the “AD Strong” theme during the Affiliated Distributor (AD) North American Meeting the week of Sept. 25. They also embody what it means to deliver exceptional planning as an electrical distributor.

During the meeting, Border States was awarded “Best Annual Planning Process,” which is bestowed upon an AD member that executed the most effective AD Field Marketing Summits (FMS) during the 2017 market planning season. Watch the video.

AD AwardThe winner must do an outstanding job in communicating with their AD supplier partners throughout the year, as well as keeping track of goals and updating suppliers on marketing plan progress. Nominees are evaluated on excellence in innovation, creativity and the overall planning process.

Patrick Novak, Border States Vice President of Marketing, accepted the award and expressed his appreciation toward the employee-owners and vendors who pulled together to make it possible. Watch the video to hear his full remarks.
